190mm Ultra-Stiff Strip Brush

Description

Designed and manufactured in the UK, our “h” profile strip brush can be easily mounted to an array of surfaces.

Each of the brushes features:

• 1000mm long HDPE extruded brush back.
• “h” profile face of 20 x 22 x 8 x 15 x 12 x 37 mm.
• 1 row of 190mm long, ultra-stiff orange bristle.
• 100% British made.

By filling our brushes into HDPE brush backs, our brushes have a degree of flexibility and can be easily cut to size without weakening the hold of the remaining bristle.

Strip Brush Applications

These strip brushes can be used in many more ways which we can list here or even think of. But there are some common applications where we can give advice.

• The strong stiff bristles make these strip brushes naturally suited to clean conveyors in areas such as manufacturing, waste management, and quarrying.
• The stiff bristles are great for heavy cleaning, and stopping materials passing through it –  such as on conveyor belts and production lines.
• With its long bristle length, this stiff strip brush is suitable for proprietary sweeping solutions, or paddock sweepers and collectors.
