65mm Short Stiff Strip Brush / Orientation 2

Description

Designed and manufactured in the UK, our “L” profile strip brush can be easily mounted to an array of surfaces.

Each brush features:

• 1000mm long HDPE extruded brush back.
• “L” profile face of 20 x 20 x 10 x 15 x 10 x 35 mm.
• 2 rows of 65mm long, stiff blue bristles.
• 100% British made.

By filling our brushes into HDPE brush backs, our brushes are flexible and can be easily cut to size without weakening the hold of the remaining bristle.

This brush is exactly the same as the 65mm Short Stiff Strip Brush, but the bristle is filled into a different face on the strip profile, changing the overall height, and mounting options. We refer to this bristle orientation as orientation 2, please look at the linked 65mm strip brush (orientation 1) if orientation 2 is not ideal for your requirements.

Strip Brush Applications

These strip brushes can be used in many more ways which we can list here or even think of. But there are some common applications where we can give advice.

• The strong stiff bristles make these strip brushes naturally suited to use in areas such as manufacturing, waste management, and industry.
• The stiff bristles are great for heavy cleaning, and stopping materials passing through it –  such as on conveyor belts and production lines.
