Zig-Zag Cylinders

Zig-Zag brushes are our modular cylinder brush solution. Each cylinder is 100mm long with interlocking teeth allowing a continual brush face to be created. All of our 50mm and 1″ Zig-Zag brushes sold online come in boxes of 10 brush cylinders, with two locking endcaps to securely fasten them to a shaft.

With the flexibility in the design platform of Zig-Zag cylinder brushes (also referred to as roller or rotary brushes) these can be used in applications such as vegetable peeling machines, production lines for delicate material handling, or industrial conveyor cleaning.

Zig-Zag brushes can be manufactured in a myriad of different bore sizes, material types, material lengths, and material patterns, so please contact us if you require something which is not listed below and we will be more than happy to provide a quotation.
