Designed and manufactured in the UK, our Zig-Zag Cylinder brushes are interlocking modular brushes which allow you to easily build and maintain a shaft-mounted brush system.

This is a very heavy duty brush which is capable of operating in very demanding environments. Featuring long-life, hard-wearing, stiff bristles which allow it to be used for a multitude of purposes.

• Overall brush diameter of 515mm.
• Internal bore diameter of 75mm which can be optionally sleeved in eight different sizes between 25mm and 60mm.
• 100mm long tube.
• 2.5mm red polypropylene bristle.
• Spiral bristle pattern.

The ZZ75-515-2.5-PP is sold by individual brush segments, and the step-by-step process below will guide you through all the options for different sized ID sleeves, and end caps to lock the brushes in place on the shaft.
