Description
Designed and manufactured in the UK, our “h” profile strip brush can be easily mounted to an array of surfaces.
Each brush features:
- 1000mm long HDPE extruded brush back.
- “h” profile face of 40 x 30 x 22 x 20 x 22 x 50 mm.
- 3 rows of 130mm long, stiff blue bristle.
- 100% British made.
By filling our brushes into HDPE brush backs our brushes can be easily cut to size without weakening the hold of the remaining bristle.
Differences between standard, and reinforced Range strip brushes.
This brush does not have a direct 20mm wide equivalent but is similar to the 20mm wide, 150mm blue strip brush.
With the brush back being double the width we are able to put in three rows of bristle, as opposed to one row in the 20mm strip brush to create a substantially larger brush face.
The increased brush back size creates a much more rigid brush, so If you are looking for flexibility in the brush back then please look at the 20mm version.
Strip Brush Applications
These strip brushes can be used in many more ways which we can list here or even think of. But there are some common applications where we can give advice.
- The strong stiff bristles make these strip brushes naturally suited to use in areas such as manufacturing, waste management, industry, and agriculture.
- The stiff bristles are great for heavy cleaning, and stopping materials passing through it – such as on conveyor belts and production lines.
- With its long bristle length, this stiff strip brush is suitable for proprietary sweeping solutions.
