Description
Designed and manufactured in the UK, our “h” profile strip brush can be easily mounted to an array of surfaces.
Each brush features:
- 1000mm long HDPE extruded brush back.
- “h” profile face of 20 x 20 x 10 x 15 x 10 x 35 mm.
- 2 rows of 30mm long, medium-soft black static-free bristles.
- 100% British made.
By filling our brushes into HDPE brush backs, our brushes are flexible and can be mounted on a curve. Likewise it also allows our strip brushes to be easily cut to size without weakening the hold of the remaining bristle.
Strip Brush Applications
These strip brushes can be used in many more ways which we can list here or even think of. But there are some common applications where we can give advice.
- The static-free properties of the bristles make these brushes use in electronic manufacturing, high-tech production lines, and areas where static build-up is dangerous, advantageous.
- The medium-soft bristles are great for general cleaning such as on conveyor belts, and guiding objects through production lines without damage.
